It is worth mentioning that the feature to view recently opened websites is currently only available on the Edge browser for Windows, iOS and Android platforms, obviously this is both an issue for users who prefer to use another browser.
However, the problem seems to have been fixed after Dominic Maas, developer of SoundByte introduced a new extension called Windows Timeline Support for Chrome, Firefox and Vivaldi browsers. Accordingly, this extension allows users to view and access websites that they have recently visited on browsers.

If a user tries to access and download an extension on the Chrome Web Store, they will receive a 404 error message. It is worth mentioning that the extension for Firefox has not yet been asked to be taken down, and the “father” of the extension has also changed the name of the new version.
The new version of the extension supports all previous features and does not have any new changes, except that the name of the extension is shortened to just “Timeline Support“.
There are currently no sources saying when the extension will “return” on the Chrome web store again.
